Buyer FAQ: Ordering Dental, Surgical & Beauty Instruments from Sialkot
The questions international buyers ask us most — MOQ, materials, certifications, OEM, lead times, samples, shipping and payment. Still unsure? Ask our export team.
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per item for catalogue products. For OEM and private-label projects, MOQs are confirmed per project after design review — typically from 100 pieces per item.
We use German-grade stainless steel: AISI 410, 420 and 440A for surgical and dental instruments, with 440C and titanium-coated options for beauty instruments. Tungsten carbide inserts are available for needle holders and scissors. See our materials guide.
Our quality management system follows ISO 9001-aligned practices and our export range is built to CE-compliant standards. We are working toward formal certification; material certificates and inspection reports are provided with every order.

We export worldwide — serving distributors, hospitals and private-label brands across Europe, the Middle East, North America and beyond, with full export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
Quality is controlled at every stage: incoming material inspection with mill certificates, in-process dimensional checks, per-batch Rockwell hardness verification, corrosion-resistance checks, and 100% final functional inspection of every instrument before export packing. Our QC process.
We work with secure, documented payment terms for international buyers — typically T/T (wire transfer) with an advance for production and the balance before shipment. Terms are confirmed per order.
