Our general B2B trading terms. Final terms for your order are always confirmed in writing on your proforma invoice.
Quotations
Quotations are issued in writing and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are factory prices in the currency stated on the quotation; freight, insurance and duties are quoted separately where applicable.
Orders & Minimum Quantities
An order is confirmed when we issue a proforma invoice and you confirm it in writing. Minimum order quantities are flexible for catalogue items and are confirmed per quotation; OEM and private-label runs may carry per-item minimums stated on the proforma.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed on the proforma invoice — typically an advance payment with the balance before dispatch, by bank transfer (T/T). Goods are dispatched after cleared funds unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Lead Times
Catalogue products typically ship in 7–14 days and OEM/private-label orders in 3–5 weeks, counted from order confirmation and artwork approval. We confirm a dispatch date in writing and notify you immediately if anything changes.
OEM, Private Label & Intellectual Property
When you supply logos, artwork, designs or specifications for OEM production, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use them. We manufacture strictly to your instruction and accept no liability for third-party intellectual-property claims arising from artwork you supplied.
Quality & Claims
Every instrument passes 100% final inspection before packing. If any item arrives with a manufacturing defect, notify us promptly with photos or video so we can verify it; verified manufacturing defects are repaired, replaced or credited on your next order, as agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These general terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Specific order terms on a signed proforma invoice prevail over these general terms where they differ.
