Manufacturing & Quality Control — Inside Our Sialkot Factory

Every dental, surgical and beauty instrument we export passes through a documented, in-house production chain — from certified steel bar to 100% final inspection before export packing.

One Roof. Full Control.

Unlike traders who outsource production, we forge, machine, harden, finish and inspect every instrument in our own facility on Chaprar Road, Sialkot — so quality never depends on a subcontractor.

Our 6-Stage Production Process

01

Material Selection & Incoming Inspection

German-grade stainless steel (AISI 410 / 420 / 440A) sourced with mill certificates. Each batch is hardness- and composition-checked on arrival, with full traceability.

02

Forging & CNC Machining

Drop-forged blanks are CNC-machined to tight tolerances, giving every instrument consistent geometry, balance and jaw alignment.

03

Heat Treatment

Controlled hardening and tempering delivers the correct Rockwell hardness for each instrument type — cutting edges stay sharp, joints stay smooth.

04

Grinding & Hand Finishing

Skilled craftsmen hand-set scissor and nipper joints, hand-sharpen cutting edges, and apply satin, mirror, titanium or gold finishes to specification.

05

Passivation & Laser Marking

Passivation treatment maximises corrosion resistance. Article codes — and your private-label logo — are laser-etched for permanence.

06

100% Final Inspection & Export Packing

Every instrument is functionally tested piece by piece: joint action, edge sharpness, tip alignment, finish and marking — then export-packed with documentation.

Quality System

Quality Your Procurement Team Can Audit

Our quality management system follows ISO 9001-aligned practices. We are working toward formal certification; the controls below are already documented and applied to every production run.

Buyer's Guide

Materials We Work With

Different instruments need different steel. Here is the quick reference our engineers use — and the same one we quote against:

  • AISI 410 — economical stainless for general instruments
  • AISI 420 — the workhorse: hardenable, corrosion-resistant, used for most surgical & dental instruments
  • AISI 440A / 440C — higher carbon for cutting edges and premium beauty instruments
  • Tungsten carbide inserts — for needle holders and scissors that must outlast steel edges (gold handles)
  • Titanium & 24K gold coatings — decorative and functional finishes for beauty and barber lines

Finishes: satin (anti-glare, OR-preferred), mirror polish (beauty/dental), sand-blast, plasma and powder-coat on request.

What We Guarantee

  • 100% final inspection — every instrument, every order
  • Batch traceability from steel bar to export carton
  • Pre-production samples available for approval
  • Consistent repeat-order quality — same article code, same instrument
  • Export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin
  • Replacement policy for any instrument failing incoming inspection
